If your item has arrived, but there is something wrong with it, or it does not match the listing description, you can return it. Any damages must be reported to JnB Collectibles at jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required to qualify for a refund. If you want to return the item, you must contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. Unopened card packs and boxes cannot be returned.
If your item has arrived damaged, you must provide pictures of the item and email them to jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com. Once accepted, you will receive a return shipping label from us. All other return labels are your responsibility if you would like to return the item. You can purchase postage directly from USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers. Returns must be received within 30-days of purchase to receive a refund. If you do not return by that date, we may close the request and you will not receive a refund.
Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to the us is important, so repack it carefully. If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, you will receive only a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.
When you send your item back make sure a tracking number is added to your return request to avoid delays or issues in the refund process. You must provide us with the tracking number if you have decided to return the item back to us.
