If your item has arrived, but there is something wrong with it, or it does not match the listing description, you can return it. Any damages must be reported to JnB Collectibles at jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required to qualify for a refund. If you want to return the item, you must contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. Unopened card packs and boxes cannot be returned.

All other return labels are your responsibility if you would like to return the item. You can purchase postage directly from USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers. Returns must be received within 30-days of purchase to receive a refund. If you do not return by that date, we may close the request and you will not receive a refund.
Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to the us is important, so repack it carefully. If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

We ship via USPS first class for first 16 oz. We then offer USPS priority mail for packages over 1lb. We ship the next business day once payment is received.<\p>
