Return Policy

JnB Collectibles has been selling on eBay for over 24 years.  We have never received negative feedback.  We currently have over 1,400 positve reviews.  Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer.

If your item arrives damaged

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase experience with us.  If your item has arrived, but there’s something wrong with it, or it doesn’t match the listing description, you can return it.  If there are any damages, they must be reported to JnB Collectibles within 48 hours of receiving your package.  If a return request is caused by the item arriving damaged, you must provide pictures of the item.   Once accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label from us.

You no longer want the item.

If you decide that you no longer want the item, you may be able to return it to us in the same condition you received it.  Returns are judged on a case by case basis due to fluctuations within the market of sports cards, trading cards, and other collectibles. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items.  If an item is elligble for return, all return labels are the responsibility of you the buyer.  You can purchase postage directly from USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers.  For returns to be valid, they must be received within 30-days of the purchase date to receive a refund.  If you do not return by that date, we can not refund your purchase.

• If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

• If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, you will receive only a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

When you send your item back make sure a tracking number is added to your return request to avoid delays or issues in the refund process.  You must provide us with the tracking number if you have decided to return the item to us.

Trading Cards

Due to fluctuating market conditions, all sales are final on trading cards.  If you have any issues or concerns with your order we will always work with you to rectify the situation. Please contact our customer service department and they will be happy to assist you!
