This eight-pin Character Compass set of 2012 Hidden Mickey pins was released in Wave A at Walt Disney World. Each round pin features the head of a Disney character centered on top of a stylized version of a directional compass and looking right at you. The pins have a very thick border and eight spikes inside to represent the points on a compass. The borders are a solid color, the spikes the same as the border alternating with white. At the bottom of each pin is a solid-color scroll banner bearing a silver Walt Disney World logo. The small Hidden Mickey icon is on the right side of each pin, just between the east and southeast spikes.
