If you want to return the item, you must contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. Unopened card packs and boxes cannot be returned.

Keep in mind that the condition of the item you send back to the us is important, so repack it carefully. If you return an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

We ship via USPS first class for first 16 oz. We then offer USPS priority mail for packages over 1lb. We ship the next business day once payment is received.<\p>
