Something wrong with your order? If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full, shipping included.
Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unopened and unused, in the condition we sent them, with all original packaging. Items that have been opened or used can't be returned. Please email us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, the original shipping charge isn't refunded, and returns should be sent with tracking.
Trading cards are final sale. This includes single cards, graded cards, packs and boxes. If a card arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right.
Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
