We've been collecting and selling since 1997, with over 2,700 positive reviews on eBay. We want every order to arrive right. Here's how returns work on jnbcollectibles.com.
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered
Email jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Once we review it, we'll send you a prepaid return label and refund you in full, including shipping.
If you changed your mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unopened and unused, in the condition we sent them, with all original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service and send us the tracking number.

The original shipping charge isn't refunded.

Items that have been opened or used, or that come back damaged or incomplete, can't be accepted.
Trading Cards
Single cards, graded cards, packs, and boxes can't be returned. If a card arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us, and we'll make it right.
Cancelling An Order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives and we've checked it.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment, from New Jersey, with tracking. Shipping is combined on every order and based on the total weight of your cart. Orders over $100 ship insured for their full value at no extra cost.
