If your item has arrived, but there is something wrong with it, or it does not match the listing description, you can return it. Any damages must be reported to JnB Collectibles at jnbcollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required to qualify for a refund. If you want to return the item, you must contact us within 14-days of receiving your order. Unopened card packs and boxes cannot be returned.

All other return labels are your responsibility if you would like to return the item. You can purchase postage directly from USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers. We ship via USPS first class for first 16 oz. We then offer USPS priority mail for packages over 1lb. We ship the next business day once payment is received.
