The Cowardly Lion from The Wizard of Oz Collection by Lenox, hand-painted porcelain. This is the Lion as King of the Forest: arms crossed, crown on his head, wrapped in the long green robe with its heavy white textured trim sweeping across the base. Roughly 8.5 inches tall and the widest and heaviest of the four travelers. The base carries the name Cowardly Lion under the Lenox wreath mark and The Wizard of Oz Collection backstamp, photographed here. Lenox produced this line in the mid-2000s and it is long retired.
